BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Dr. PRAMOD K. SRIVASTAVA (Chairman)
Dr. Pramod K. Srivastava graduated from the Institute of Medical Sciences, Varanasi, India in 1977. After completing his rotating internship, Dr. Srivastava obtained a diploma in Orthopedic Surgery in 1981 from Meerut Medical College. He continued his Orthopedic Surgery training in England and was awarded a fellowship in 1989 by Royal College of Surgeons, Glasgow, United Kingdom. Subsequently Dr. Srivastava was appointed as a registrar in Greenwich District Hospital and Brook General Hospital in London. In 1991, Dr. Srivastava migrated to the USA and worked in Kern Medical Center, Bakersfield, California. After obtaining a medical license, Dr. Srivastava started his own practice in Delano, Caliornia. Presently, Dr. Srivastava has affliation in Delano Regional Medical Center and Sierra View District Hospital, in Portevelle, California. Dr. Pramod has been chief of the surgical department in Delano Regional Medical Center. He has also held the position of chief of the medical staff for two years in Delano Regional Medical Center. After the creation of a new subspecialty surgical department Delano Regional Medical Center, Dr. Srivastava was appointed chief of surgical subspecialty department. Presantly, he is the chief of the surgery department in Sierra View District Hospital.
While holding these positions, Dr. Srivastava demonstrated strong leadership qualities and good administrative capabilities. He motivates and works well with his colleagues and hospital employees. His strong work ethic and determination to succeed help him accomplish excellence in work.
As the chairman, Board of Directors, he is committed to his vision of achieving higher growth for the company by implementing new means of producing high quality products for consumers in both a timely and cost effective manner. Dr. srivastava is dedicated to the development and prosperity of this company.
Dr. RAHUL SHARMA (Director)
Dr.Rahul Sharma is a practicing Gynecologist in Los Angeles, US. Dr. Sharma passed his M.B.B.S degree and received his M.S degree from India.
Dr.Rahul Sharma is a young Surgeon having interest in Corporate Hospitals and controls a distribution network in US. He is instrumental in directing Medisys into International arena of imports and exports.
Mr. A.K. SRIVASTAVA (Director)
Mr. A.K. Srivastava is a metallurgical engineer from University of Roorkee with Chancellor’s Gold Medal for Best Engineering Design (Project) and PG Diploma in Personnel Management from Annamali University in 1993.
He has an overall experience of about 30 years with a perfect blend of production management, project execution, human resource development and developmental initiatives in companies like SAIL, TATA, and Jindal SAW. Presently working as the Whole-Time Director and Profit Centre Head with Aparant Iron and Steel Private Limited.
His contribution has been tremendous in the completion of Medisys project at Kala-Amb. All our future projects will take shape under his guidance.
Mr. S.K. DUA (Director)
Mr. S.K.Dua is a Bachelor of Science. He has got wide experience in marketing and distribution of pharmaceuticals nationwide. He also controls the clearing and forwarding operations of many top notch Indian pharmaceutical companies.
His vast experience in commercial and mandatory affairs makes Medisys a highly organized and disciplined company.
Mr. K. RAJESHWAR (Director)
Mr. K. Rajeshwar is known pharma marketing expert and has worked in almost each and every city of India.
He is an excellent multipurpose performer having wide exposure in production planning and Inventory control systems. He worked in top notch pharmaceutical companies of India at various levels in marketing.
Mr. JOEL KURIAN (Director)
Mr. Joel Kurian is a very young and dynamic Management Graduate from New Delhi, India.
His interests destine him for Regulatory Affairs of the Company for International Marketing.

Mr. DILEEP SHUKLA (Chief Operating Officer)
Mr. Dileep Shukla is B.Pharm from BHU, Varanasi, India and M.Pharm from Panjab University, Chandigarh, India.
Mr. Shukla has vast experience of working with multinational pharmaceutical companies like Wyeth Laboratories (earlier Geoffrey Manners), Aventis (earlier Hoechst India Ltd) and top notch Indian companies like Aristo pharmaceuticals and TTK Ltd.
His career has been a perfect blend of production, marketing (Domestic) and Exports. He has widely traveled within the country and abroad.
He is presently leading the company along with the Chairman.
ADVISORY BOARD
Mr. A.K. MUKHARJEE (Advisor for Board of Directors)
He is an M.Pharm from BHU, Varanasi, India.
He started his career from Warner Hindustan Ltd. (Now Parke Davis Ltd) in Hyderabad. After this he worked in Tanzania for 6 years. He has traveled all across the world and controls a totally export oriented company Disto Pharma, in Hyderabad, India.
He is our Adviser for Exports
Dr. J.C. MOHANTY, IAS (Advisor for Board of Directors)
Dr. J.C. Mohanty, IAS (Indian Administrative Services) joined the services in 1979.
He is a Ph.D. from Harvard University, USA.
Dr. Mohanty took voluntary retirement in 2007 as Principal Secretary from Andhra Pradesh, India. He served the state as principal secretary, Information Technology and Rural Development. During his tenure, Andhra Pradesh became the Hub of Information Technology for the entire World.
He is advisor for company affairs and strategies.
